Wendy Lim graduated from the University of Leeds, England, the United Kingdom with a LL.B (Hons) degree. She was called to the English bar as a Barrister-at-law in 2009 and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Thereafter, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2010.
She has extensive experience in advising public listed companies in fund raising and other corporate exercises on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad such as initial public offerings, rights issues and bonus issues.
Wendy has previously represented clients in AI, technology, domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, take-overs, joint ventures, foreign direct investments and legal due diligence exercises etc.
She is also handling various legal works in the areas of law such as environmental, social and governance (ESG), cryptocurrency, real estate & conveyancing, employment & industrial relations, wills, probate & administration, divorce, data privacy, data protection and compliance with Malaysian corporate and securities laws generally.
Gan Jia Hui graduated from Aberystwyth University, Wales, the United Kingdom with a LL.B (Hons) degree. She was called to the English bar as a Barrister-at-law in 2019.
She is currently handling AI, technology, data privacy, data governance, capital markets, corporate and commercial matters. She also handles legal works relating to real estate & conveyancing, employment & industrial relations, wills, probate & administration and divorce.
