Wendy Lim graduated from the University of Leeds, England, the United Kingdom with a LL.B (Hons) degree. She was called to the English bar as a Barrister-at-law in 2009 and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Thereafter, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2010.
She has extensive experience in advising public listed companies in fund raising and other corporate exercises on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad such as initial public offerings, rights issues and bonus issues.
Wendy has previously represented clients in domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, take-overs, joint ventures, foreign direct investments and legal due diligence exercises in the United Kingdom, United States of America and etc.
She is also handling various legal works in the areas of law such as banking & finance, real estate & conveyancing, employment & industrial relations, wills, probate & administration, divorce, personal data protection and compliance with Malaysian corporate and securities laws generally.
Raja Nur Athirah Binti Raja Arshad graduated from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, Malaysia with a LL.B (Hons) degree. She won Dean’s List Awards for Semester March to July 2020 and Semester October 2020 to February 2021.
She was an organiser for a Contemporary Environmental Law Awareness Program in UiTM. She was also a volunteer of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to support UNESCO's mission of promoting global cultural
heritage and education.
She is currently handling capital markets, corporate and commercial matters. She also handles legal works relating to banking & finance, real estate & conveyancing, employment & industrial relations, wills, probate & administration, divorce, personal data protection and compliance with Malaysian corporate and securities laws generally.
